By Train & Bus

Please note that if you are traveling by train via Nuremberg, the Nuremberg–Bayreuth route is likely to be served by rail replacement transport due to ongoing work on the rail infrastructure. For this, please refer to the directions for rail replacement at Nuremberg station and the rail replacement timetable
From Bayreuth station, bus lines 304 (to Birken/Universität) and 306 (to Universität/Campus) take you directly to the conference location
Linie 316 takes you directly from the train station to the university campus. Via the central bus station (Zentrale Omnibus Haltestelle (ZOH)) in the city center, the campus can be reached with lines 304, 306 and 326. Please consider the information provided by VGN for further detail.
To get to the conference location, use the bus stops "Uni-Verwaltung" or "Mensa"
